from there, we’ll curate your resume and LinkedIn [cover letter and portfolio if need be] to target the roles you actually want based on what we know headhunters/hiring managers look for. our goal is to make you and your experience as marketable as possible.
once your deliverables are polished, we’ll get started with reverse recruiting - aka, we’ll submit your profile(s) to jobs, network with key decision makers at companies you’re interested in, and ensure fluid communication with you throughout it all.
for every interview we set up on your behalf, we’ll provide prep (mock interviews, urgently seek hiring manager feedback, and provide updates to you as we get them.
for every offer you receive, we’ll either negotiate the terms on your behalf or coach you on the best way(s) for you to do so on your own.

we conduct at least 2 references on each job hunter looking to pursue the reverse recruiting service. it’s important for us to have confidence in the work ethic of the people we put forward to hiring managers.

we’ll put you in contact and set up networking calls for you with any companies you’re interested in working for but do not currently have open roles (that interest you/suit your skillset).

each week we schedule a 30 min sync to discuss anything that may come up.
thursday - sunday: application prep.

throughout the week:
role source & review - we’ll add suitable roles onto your notion page that reflect your wants and suitability, as well as go through ones you’ve added to the job board.
client communications - we'll network and get in touch with hiring managers about your candidacy, coordinate interviews, and receive feedback.
